Diversified Greek Council (DGC)

The Diversified Greek Council (DGC) is all about bringing people together. We create a welcoming community where fraternity and sorority values—like leadership, service, and lifelong connections—thrive. Our goal is to create strong bonds between our member organizations while ensuring their voices are heard on campus.

DGC takes a different approach to recruitment. Joining a fraternity or sorority is a lifetime commitment, so we believe in giving students the time and space to find the right fit. This way, both potential members and organizations get to truly know each other before making that important decision.

Each Fall and Spring, DGC hosts a week of events to introduce students to our community. It all kicks off with Meet the Greeks, an exciting event where you can learn about our chapters, experience traditions like stepping, strolling, and saluting, and meet current members. It’s a great way to see what DGC is all about and find the organization that feels right for you.
